Amanda
Amanda’s my name, also known as “Tyn/Tiny (a nickname that stuck from childhood).
I’m that person who sees the world with a “glass half full” attitude.
My nature is colourful, creative, playful, and always craving variety.
My family are my world. I was raised with the values of loving one another, practising gratitude, and never taking life too seriously.
I stepped into calisthenics at just two years old, which opened my eyes to teamwork, dedication, and commitment.
Dance quickly became a passion that carried me well into my early twenties.
Learning technique and movement from such a young age naturally led me into personal training, and later into yoga and pilates.
Coaching is where my heart sits – I love helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
We’re all different cookie cuts, and I believe in exploring and celebrating the unique shape of our own bodies.
Laughter, variety, and fun are the foundations of every class I teach, whether it’s a group session or one-on-one.
I love eating the full rainbow—healthy, vibrant, clean foods – but if you put a bag of lollies in front of me, I’ll absolutely demolish it without thinking twice.

My name is Lora, people call me Lor, Loz, Lorina, Gus, Pod depending on the day.
I love coffee. I am married to the smartest man I know., and the love of our life is our daughter, Maeve Fox.
I am one of seven. I don’t collect things, only beautiful people I meet, called life.
I discovered exercise and weight training 17 years ago.
It changed my mindset and empowered me in every aspect of my life – training legs, booty and back are my favourite.
Outdoors and fresh air open my heart.
The beach is my place to fill up, let go and be free.
